Introduction

Welcome to the Power AI Users Community ("Power AI Users Community"), operated by Earn With Reach ("Earn With Reach," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or registering as a panel member you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Please note: Earn With Reach is a market research company. We are not a medical provider and we are not affiliated with any medical companies.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

To register as a Power AI Users Community panel member you must:

• Be an adult aged 18 or older
• Reside in the United States
• Have personal experience with AI tools
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to remove members who do not meet these requirements.

Panel Membership

By registering, you become a member of the Power AI Users Community consumer opinion panel. Membership is free and voluntary. As a member you may be invited to participate in paid market research studies related to AI tools, usage patterns, and related technology topics.

You agree to:

• Keep your contact information and profile accurate and up to date
• Notify us promptly if your eligibility status changes
• Maintain one account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed
• Not share your account credentials with any other person

Research Participation

Study invitations are sent by email or other contact methods you provided at registration. Participation in any individual study is entirely voluntary. Declining an invitation will not affect your standing as a panel member.

When participating in a study you agree to:

• Provide honest, thoughtful, and accurate responses
• Follow all instructions provided for each study
• Not share confidential study materials, concepts, or products with any third party
• Complete studies within the time windows specified in the invitation
• Return or dispose of any test products as instructed

Earn With Reach and its clients retain all rights to research findings, insights, and data collected through studies.

Incentives & Payments

Eligible panel members may receive compensation for completing qualifying research activities. Incentive amounts, forms of payment, and eligibility criteria are specified individually for each study.

• Eligibility: Incentives are awarded only to members who fully complete a study according to its requirements and who meet all stated screening criteria.
• Payment timing: Payments are typically processed within 4–6 weeks of study completion, unless otherwise stated.
• Taxes: You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on incentives you receive. Earn With Reach may issue tax forms as required by law.
• No guarantee: Registration as a panel member does not guarantee you will be selected or invited to participate in any study, or that you will receive any particular incentive.

Your Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fabricated responses in any study or registration form
• Attempt to qualify for studies for which you do not meet the eligibility criteria
• Create multiple accounts or use another person's identity
• Engage in any fraudulent activity to obtain incentives
• Use automated bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with our systems
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of our platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Earn With Reach staff or other panelists
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate removal from the panel and forfeiture of any unpaid incentives.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Earn With Reach or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you submit about our services become the property of Earn With Reach and may be used without restriction or compensation to you.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Earn With Reach does not warrant that:

• The site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The site or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earn With Reach, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our services.

Earn With Reach's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the total incentive amounts paid to you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Earn With Reach and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any false or misleading information you provided

Termination

You may leave the panel at any time by contacting us at privacy@reachcollective.com. Upon removal we will process any earned incentives for completed studies, subject to our payment terms.

Earn With Reach reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including — but not limited to — violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity for more than 24 months. Termination by Earn With Reach for cause may result in forfeiture of unpaid incentives.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Jersey under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Earn With Reach.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active panel members by email.

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, please discontinue use of our services and contact us to be removed from the panel.
